It's sold as a shampoo bar, it smells nice and I really like the ingredients. Seems high quality, however, it did not lather very much at all. It was very hard to use as a shampoo bar. Maybe for someone with short hair it would work better.

I chose the oatmeal honey tallow shampoo bar because dive used other shampoo bars and really didn’t enjoy how dry they left my scalp and hair even after several weeks of transition time. So I wanted to try a tallow version to see if it would suit my needs better. Honey is known to help moisturize Snd oatmeal is soothing on sensitive scalps. The scent was very light- almost non-existsnr. So glad there were no essential oils in it as sometimes I react to those. I’ve used the bar once to far. Shampoo, rinse and repeat shampoo. No in shower condish used. Rinsed thoroughly. My hair combed through better than I expected, scalp didnt seemed stripped. No overwhelming scent. I like it so far!

I recently placed my 3rd order of beef tallow soaps and shampoo from here, and I'm sure I will be placing many more orders in the future. These soaps are effective and leave my skin so soft and clean and not dried out. The unscented is truly that, and those which are scented are very mildly and pleasantly so. As described, they don't suds up as much as other soaps, but combined with a wash rag or soap saver pouch, they clean just as well. And the scented ones do suds up more.
