Return and Refund Policy
We offer free returns with no associated restocking fees, and no items sold are classified as final sale. Customers are entitled to request a return or replacement for any item within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To initiate a return, customers are required to contact us at hello@cattle-creek.com. Upon acceptance of the return request, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return process, including the address to which the items should be sent. The seller will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products in any condition, including items that are used, damaged, or otherwise. It is not necessary for the product to be in its original packaging or condition for the return to be accepted.
Replacements
In case of a refund, customers may request a replacement of the product, contingent upon stock availability at the time of the request.
Damages and Issues
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt. Should any item be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so that we may address and rectify the issue in a timely manner.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the most expedient process is to initiate a return for the item you wish to replace, and subsequently place a new order for the desired product once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the time required for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
