Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Card, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Google Pay.

Where is my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the time required for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have yet to receive it, please contact us at hello@cattle-creek.com.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@cattle-creek.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is around 48 hours between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via hello@cattle-creek.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all regions within the United States.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of delivery. Whether your item is unused, opened, or even fully used, we’re happy to accommodate your needs.

In addition to exchanges, we also offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as expected. If you’d like a replacement instead of a refund or exchange, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

For returns and exchanges, log into your customer account and request it through the portal. If you encounter any issues, email us at support@cattle-creek.com, and we’ll assist you. We’ll also provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, log into your customer account and request a return directly through the portal. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, regardless of the condition of the item.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. If you have any difficulties or need assistance, please email us at hello@cattle-creek.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@cattle-creek.com with the details. We’ll respond within 24 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging.
